Korea state media say Nippon is equipped with nuclear weapons and is not eligible to talk about nuclear disarmament

Korea official media said 5, "Nippon has in fact been equipped with nuclear weapons", so there is no right to talk about nuclear topics.
The North Korean Central News Agency(KCNA) published a commentary Wednesday questioning the legitimacy of Nippons international calls for "denuclearization".
The article draws "conclusions" from a review of the "nuclear history" of Nippon for more than half a century: "Nippon is a nuclear weapon state" and is not entitled to talk about nuclear de-nuclear.
In the context of "history", the KCNA commentary states that in June 1969, shortly after the publication of the "Three Non-Nuclear Principles" in the Nippon, the then Prime Minister, Zuotengrongzuo, addressed the Senate of Congress, stating that the three Principles could be revised at any time due to policy changes and cabinet changes.
In March 1978, the then Prime Minister, Futian Jiufu, told the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives: "It is possible to equip the armed forces(Self Defense Forces) with nuclear weapons".
In the 1980s, the then Prime Minister, Zhongcenggenkanghong, "took the lead in inciting militarism, often emphasizing the need for nuclear weapons in Nippon and even declaring the possession of nuclear weapons to be in conformity with the Japanese Constitution".
"In 1995, Nippon claimed to have acquired the technology to manufacture nuclear weapons ... In 2002, a senior official of the then Japanese Government told a press conference that nuclear weapons could enhance Nippons independent defence capabilities and there was no reason to reject nuclear weapons. "
In the area of "nuclear stockpiles", KCNA said that Nippon is the worlds largest owner of plutonium, "said the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan in a speech in April 2002. "
KCNA stated that Nippon "has the capacity to produce and possess many nuclear weapons in a short period of time".
With regard to "foreign aid", KCNA stated that the United States provided a "nuclear umbrella" to Nippon. Under this mechanism, the United States committed to retaliate against any country that used nuclear weapons against its allies. Through the "nuclear umbrella", United States warships carrying nuclear weapons can enter the territorial waters of the Nippon at any time, indicating that "the Nippon is in fact equipped with nuclear weapons".
The KCNA takes advantage of three factors to conclude that the Nippon is in fact "a nuclear weapon state ... Nippon has never given up its policy of developing nuclear weapons".
The commentary concludes with a "question": for a "nuclear -- weapon State" such as the Nippon, it is inappropriate to "demystify" others, and "it is better for Nippon to stop this hypocritical rhetoric".
The reason for this commentary is unclear at this time, and the Nippon did not immediately respond to the reference in the article to the "nuclear history" of the Nippon.
